There wasn't much I liked about the Hurricanes park, at all. It felt lacking.

    But the demigods...wow
    What a fun park.

This reminded me in some ways of old-style RCT way back in the day, playing scenarios.

    That totally sums it up

Huh, the download of Hurricanes's park doesn't work for me, it looks like the download rate stop at the middle...

Looks like a server issue. I was going to try to upload a new copy of the file but I can't connect via FTP right now. Try back in an hour or so.

Demigods by quite a lot. Ed basically explained my thoughts for me. Though, personally, I didn't find the Kipper Dipper THAT fantastic, and that's only the fault of it's conclusion which I didn't find to be particularly thrilling, good looking or realistic... Which is strange because as Ed went on about, the rest of the coaster is basically perfect. The hand rails, streetlights, overhead cables for the trollies etc etc etc were all brillient touches.

Other than the architecture being a little overly bright (something I notice alot in these so called "realistic" parks) and almost cartoony. In some ways it works though because it makes the park "feel" even more like a scenarios and in terms of cleverness the architecture here is brilliant.

At best Oasis of Asha was pretty. Three main things killed it: 1) Serious competition, 2) Lack of "livelyness" and for me 3) The footpaths serve no purpose other than to take up space. Correct me if I'm wrong but the paths don't even connect the islands together, which seems counterproductive to any system involving visitors, esspecially since no alternative (ex/ monorail or chairlift) was provided. That last one killed the park for me, even though Kipper prolly' would've gotten my vote anyway, it's just too good. Probably one of my 5 favorites this season so far.

Sorry Ed, I logically want the Hurricanes to win as well since that would pretty much insure that we (Strangelove) will make the simis... For once I can't bring myself to vote for an such an inferior park just for the advantages for my team.

We looks like we will lose, but im not gona lock this thing up and post JKay vs. Panic till the vote total gets higher, I know that could end up really being big for the Demigods, and I also kinda screwed up myself and posted the other news topic over it... it was my first day... *runs*

Seeing as the voting doesn't look like it's going to change drastically, I feel I can say this now. I haven't commented on most of the matchups yet, because I don't really want to cause an issue, and haven't really felt strongly enough about them to bother writing replies. But looking at the parks here, I honestly cannot see how the Hurricanes' park got any votes. I don't mean any disrespect to the people who made the Hurricanes' entry, but I for one do not think it measures up to the Demigod's park in any respect. I'm amazed.

    i vote Demigods

I really liked the sort-of county fair (if you want to call it that :D ) vibe that Kipper gave off. IMO one of the best parks of H2H4 yet.

I voted Kipper, but to be honest, I expected to like it much more than I did. Kipper Dipper was a bit awkward with the short breakrun and a bit of a rough layout in my opinion. Some of the arhy seemed a little bland, except for that arcade, which was beautiful by the way. I did really like the trolly as well, and the houses along it were great. The main thing that was a bit odd to me was the staff building. It looked like and igloo. Pretty solid park, but not one of the top for me, which seems to be what everyone else is saying.

I voted Kipper... I really found this park fun to look at... Some of the architecture wasnt that great but it was just a enjoyable park to explore around and look at.. I honestly cant say I know what was goin on with Oasis of Asha... it just had no atmosphere too me and seemed unfinished

I loved a lot about the demigods park, but thought some of the buildings were really bad. Some of them were really good, though. In general I strongly disliked the multicolor pastel buildings. They didn't fit at all.

The canes park I liked the custom ride, and at least the architecture had some unique forms to it.

I wasn't too keen on the Demigods park. I voted Hurricanes.

Final Score: 43 - 26 The Demigods land the win.

Kipper Amusement Park was made by Phatage & tom_Dj
Oasis of Asha was made by Master Jay & Tyandor

I liked our park, but it looked like 2 seprate worlds and never came togeter and was rushed in the end. Nice effort, it's surely not the worst park this season and thx for getting something nice in.

The Demigod's park was great, I thinkPhatage is getting a little sloppy, but the details make up for it, congrats on the win.

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm glad people looked pass the screens and thoroughly enjoyed the comments of those who let themselves be immersed in the atmosphere, I as well as many coaster enthusiasts love going to these types of parks and Tom and I agreed that we wanted to bring a little of that to h2h. Tom's work in this park was very well done and engineered as well, he definitely comprehended the style of the park as well as the idividuality and charm that buildings in parks and towns like this have. I was very happy with how Kipper turned out and it was a pleasure working with Tom as well.
