DM between me and Fisch ends in 2days...
I am suggesting we have a simple poll to determine who will win as no entry will actually be good enough for judging I'm afraid knowing we had only 1week.
I do have to say I'm well underway with mine and I will actually be able to finish all I wanted to do with this one and I'm actually capable of finishing by tomorrow afternoon, evening.
Good luck Fisch
Sorry to say but I'd totally prefer my entry to be judged.
Hit me up on aim or so.
Watch out!
is that a fair way to check if we both held our end of the bargain?
Good luck on finishing and may we both get something out of this...
btw, for the entire community I'm saying this, I am on the panel but Fisch isn't so I will NOT cast a vote on his submission nor view it for fair reasons... I want to freakin earn a win since I rather lose than cheating.
greets BG
PS, Turtle, Steve, Robbie and Nin pplz post the 2v2 team DM limits, theme and end date so I can add your matchup to the first post.
Can't since the submission is disabled...
Any chance I send this to an admin for approval?
Also to Robbie92, Nin, Turtle and Steve...
Can I get confirmation from all of you and the set limitations of the 2v2 DM you guys are doing?
Thnx
Cool you actually pulled through on it TG congrats.
I still can't get attachments to work for some reason, but hopefully this will suffice.

Wanted? nin?
edit: I thought this was the dump. But it wasn't.
also for iron man there doesn't seem to be much theming or is it just the screen?
It's very rushed, uninspired, and generally poor compared to my usual work, I think. At the very least I wanted to finish, which I did.
The only thing you mentioned that probably would've went unnoticed assuming it was in one of my normal projects was the half loop, but everything else would've been given more care, I went minimalistic with everything.
If I would've had more time or if this would've been one of my normal projects...
- I would've looked at more supports, and made them accurate.
- I would've refined the layout for much better pacing.
- I would've added more buildings, and spent much more time on the ones I did add.
- I would've put in more supporting rides, including a drop tower, river rapids, and a couple of customs, I even had a wind tunnel in mind...
- I would've made the transfer more accurate, I built the current one without the slightest idea with how they actually look or work. (I assume JDP will cringe looking at this one)
- I would've done more research on the dam, as I still like the idea, but nothing around it makes sense.
- I would've added more impressive landscaping, with mountains and canyons (Tatsu being in mind here)
- I would've spiced up the queue and paths, there is nothing I hate more than 'fence filler', but sadly it's all over the place in this.
- I would've spent more time on theming...tanks, weapons, factories, testing grounds, flames, etc.
It really does all circle back to time. It was kind of irresponsible for me to join the Deathmatch in the first place, I guess I just wanted to learn about my playing style a bit more, see how I would react under a scenario with a deadline and restrictions, see if I could build something good in a month even though I know I'm a slow builder, the answer is no.
I'm definitely not proud of the result, but I learned a fuck load from it.
