  Lay-out's are deffinately the best part here. Especially the woody I like, but try to put more time and energy in your buildings. Right now they seem to be square blocks of brick and concrete. Adding details will sure help you. But you have some potential...

  The tree colours were a little odd. But like Super G said try to put more time into your buildings. Experiment with different shapes and heights, but other than that this was ok.
