I feel a strong need to comment on this since I did live in Almere at one time. (Although I was so little that I don't remember)

    Where is Kasteel Almere?!?

just kidding :p I love the feeling of Nederland you've captured with this. Being Dutch born, but having lived in America most of my life, this brings back good memories. It feels a lot like visiting Madurodam as a little kid. It has that cute feeling without being of too small a scale for RCT.

That's cool. How old were you when you left?

You mean this? Never got finished due to financial issues.

Thanks! I'm happy to bring back memories of our glorious nation, and I hope to do so again in the future. I really want to do more Dutch stuff sometime, and of higher quality. For now that will most likely be a map showing different areas and sites in Amsterdam. I don't know if you relate to that though...

I was only but 2 years old, hence why my Dutch is not so good, although not terrible. I have a nice accent though, I hear from my parents. My cousin always makes me say "bosvruchten yoghurtijs" before I can have any. :p My father came to America temporarily to study, but for some reason my parents decided to stay here. I'm still very much a Nederlander though, since my entire family lives there except for myself and my parents. My mother's family lives in/near Breda, and my father's near Groningen and Assen. So I've spent the most time in those areas.

Haha yes yes, but I've always thought it was a most fascinating structure, so unfinished. Since it is somewhat of a unique thing, not only in Almere but anywhere, I expected to see it. Maybe it's just my fascination with unfinished/abandoned structures though :D/>

I would love to see some more work themed to our nation! None of my family lives in Amsterdam, so I've only been a few times. I have studied the city though. We're biased, hehe, but Amsterdam is truly an amazing city, deserving of a map. I'd love to see your take on the city!

    Thanks for replying, Liam!
