    ^I don't get why they would allow something like that if it was already released? Was the policy on that changed for Voyager?

    I am not to sure but it just looks like a layout so ... I don't see any reason why this would not be acceptable for someone to take it on(With Robbies permission of course) and build everything else and just give robbie the credit for the layout ?
