K0NG, so it's that much about winning for you? If you had won this match you would have efforted to finish the park as planned. Now that winning disappears from your horizon a 3rd place means nothing? Also, did you finish the H2H5 park? I don't really know your releases well but your parks page doesn't seem to feature it. This happens all too often. "We'll finish it at our own pace now". Just that when it's only about winning people don't finish, because the reason to play is gone. And this is the kind of lack of heart towards the game that irritates me here. RCT must not be your "winning instrument".

Yeah, we would have rushed along and completed the park to a satisfactory level by the deadline. Now, we're going to take our time and complete it to the level that we envisioned when we began. In fact, I've been building on it just as much in the last three days as I ever was...so, it will get finished. The reason to play now isn't winning...it's to create the best park we can. You, of all people should appreciate that.

No...as I've often mentioned, ODH was lost in my one and only, yet infamous, HD crash.

And Marino....about half of my income is from playing poker at the local casinos. So, yeah...I've considered it.

Most important: I dont want to blame anyone!

    1.
The Voting started at the 24th of July. The Votingtime were 120hours, wich means five days.
Now we have the 31th of July wich makes it 6 and a half days. Therefore I should be right, that the voting is officially closed since nearly two days? That means, I´m able to release our fucking video, wich is chilling on my floppy drive for nearly a week now. Here it is:
    H2H6 Semifinals Match1

    2.
We recorded the Recap for the second semifinal matchups last night. Now it is ready to go. I´ll be at a music-festival from today to sunday therefore Version1 will release it, when the voting is closed somewhere in august.

    3.
The deadline for the final- and the 3rd-place-match is the 6th of august. I´m back at home from the 5th to the 9th august. That means: If NE want a recap in time (before mid of september), I need all the parks right after the deadline (pm me?), otherwise I wont be able to produce at least the finals matchup. If NE dont care about a recap... Well than just ignore point 3.

^you should consider using the arrow, enter, and page up/down keys to navigate around your game. makes it much easier IMO, and nicer for a video. maybe cut down on the time a bit too :p

but a nice video anyway, its funny to hear a real person saying things about our park. somehow when you read comments it just doesn't seem quite as 'real'.

shame about our unlucky boat though. it never wins anything

95% for Roomie, practically a solo.

Keep it up Roomie! You seem to be a park producing machine at the moment.

I got all the replacements right ! Best day of my life ;p

Roomie was obvious, I had initially thougt that perhaps Cena or someone started to play LL for this, didn't really expect BG.

OK so who did what in our Park:

Cocoa - mostly all of the architecture in the Pirate area, a few buildings in London, a little bit in the indian section landscaping and finish-ups in the park
Dimi - most of the Pixie Kingdom area, the mermaid lagoon, the crocodile, the ship, the skull the building on the right in London and the houses of Parliament
5dave - The coaster layouts (except Tink's magical flight which was by Dimi and Big chief was kinda a coaster we did alltogether), Big Ben, Tower bridge and most of London, the Hotel, Indian area, the Neverbird, the playground and the Lost boys area

    I think that's about it.
The park was a bit rushed in the end (we did the indian section more or less in one day) so sorry for that!

Thanks to Cocoa and Dimi for helping me with this and for the patience! ;)
Thanks to Roomie for the Matchup - I'm a sucker for Sci-Fi themes and yours was no exception, so thanks for that!
Also thanks for all the reviews and criticism so far!

So I still have to ask: who drew that concept layout?!?!
  • Cocoa%s's Photo
^it was a proposed concept layout for a neverland park. unfortunately none of us drew it :p

dave, you forgot to say that I made the tree root beer cafe thing in the pixie area, that was probably the best thing I did in the park

But yeah, thanks for the great park, dave and dimi, it was great working with you guys and redeeming my h2h record from worlds of fun.

and roomie, nice park. I loved all the references and especially some of the detailing in the earth area, like the loops around the launch track.

Hey guys. I really want to post a big explanation and reply to a load of comments. However as I'm on my holidays and lack a laptop when I'm backpacking I refuse to write it all on a phone touchpad. So ill get too it when I'm home.

Needless to say this park didnt quite turn out as I hoped. But that's the danger of h2h with time constraints. :S

Haha Roomie with an Austrian flag!
    Have a nice holiday!

^ Not for long I'm afraid. Lover Vienna though. Prater park was good bit I feel it lacks that one coaster that would make it stand out. I suppose it is a little tough with the way its run and all.

Even better though I got to spend both evenings there with a lovely girl I met at the hostel. *roomie looks wistfully away at the sky. Sigh....
