goodall rides are nowadays ignored. Same reason Internet City came within a hairsbredth of winning. The amount of crap that can possibly be shoved into 4900 tiles is now equal to the quality of the whole by the general standards. Cohesion, clarity, and flow no longer count.As Fatha' put it (in iris's PT2 review thread):

I don't think the voting this round is really that representative of how close it actually was to most people. For example, I had a much easier time voting for Kayte Ridge over Internet City than Azuris City over Brighouse Mines. This is something, that unfortunately, votes can't measure or record.
