Description
Here is a small beach-side amuesement park that has elements of when I visited California in March. It is a sort of "live" memory of my trip in one of my favorite games!
A bit of - Hollywood/Denver (Colorado where I am from).
A bit of the mountains.
Of course the beach. :) -

Big classic vibes. Very charming, perhaps a bit sparse on content though.
Cute little park. Reminds of r/rct parks from 10-12 years ago. The main coaster is pretty nice, but probably could've used another loop of the course.. seemed to have some extra speed at the end for a longer track. Excited to see what you have next because this was a big step up from your other park.
Fun little park! I really like the vibe this thing has. I think the macro could use some work. When I opened the park some of the choices seemed a bit weird macro-wise. With that being said, most of my gripes with the macro were things that were outside of the park itself such as one mountain being snowy and the other one implying that the park is based in LA, but I actually liked the park layout a lot. I liked having the big wooden coaster in the middle of the park and having everything else kind of flowing around it.
Foliage and Landscaping: Foliage was alright overall. I liked that you left some breathing room for everything but some of the foliage clumps still look a bit messy. I'd like to see some of the bush objects grouped together a bit better. I liked the object choice and colour choice for the foliage for the most part.
The landscaping was a bit of a mixed bag for me, I thought the rockwork that was by the water looked pretty nice but I was a lot less of a fan of the rockwork by the hills/mountains. I kind of wish you just stuck with one type of rockwork throughout the entire project rather than using the variety.
Architecture: This was the highlight for me. There was some really nice buildings throughout the theme park. The station for the coaster was also nice! The entrance itself was also fun! This building in the corner here was my favorite in the park I think.
I wasn't as big of a fan of the buildings outside of the park itself though. They seemed pretty out of scale and the default building objects did not really work IMO.
Rides and Coasters: I loved the wooden coaster layout and all of the entrance and path work. The rides around the park were also well placed and worked well. I was a big fan of the cover to the merry-go-round.
Overall: Very fun park! I am really glad that I checked it out! I rated it 55%
This was so nostalgic, I love it, brought me right back to viewing parks on early NE and sites like RCPro and TPR. Thanks for submitting, hope to see more!
What you have is actually quite nice, i wish there was a bit more of it! Looking at it, almost half the park is water, i think that probably couldve been slimmed down a bit. Good work though and a big improvement to your earlier work, keep it up
Between the two parks you submitted, I greatly prefer this one! The scale is so sweet, and I love the idea of having mini LA on one side, and the mountains on the other. That being said, the park exterior feels quite static. The design of the city, in particular, is so vibrant in its design that the lack of movement almost makes it feel like a diorama.
Generally, I enjoy the park itself! Like everyone else, this style is just irresistibly nostalgic. It feels almost like a classic east coast, Lake Compounce-y park transplanted into a west coast setting. There are a few parts that feel a tad bare, like the diagonal path heading towards the bumper cars. I think you could have snuck another building or ride in there. Overall, this is a real charmer though!
Wow. What a difference in quality between the 2 submissions. Significant jump in quality and content.
The structures you have inside the park have some great detail work on the facade. I love the ticket huts at the park entrance. Nice touch
I would like to see a bit more variance in the shapes though as they all but right up to the path. Add some planters in the front to help break it up a bit.
Sad the the ferris wheel was closed. I fell it was a miss opportunity.
As others have stated, Im not understanding the snowy mountain so close to the beach. Unless that is the tie into Denver, it just missed for me. That said, I do like the rock work on the beach.
Overall, a huge step in the right direction and continue to build to refine your style. There is potential there to get your first accolade.
