The black and white colors look a bit sad for holiday's bungalows like that. Otherwise it's very nice, I would just suggest to you to change the colors, archy and lake are good! :)

Definitely change the colors. Maybe something like brown and white or gray. Also get rid of those red trims in the yard.

Hey, I like this. You succesfully copied the feel of a bungalow-park, haha. I like the bungalows, their colors are a bit odd though, try to use less black, in my opinion.

The thing is, there's nothing but bungalows in this screen. There's not much for the guests to do than watching TV and I guess most of them brought their own deck of cards. Most bungalow-parks have activities to offer, like playing football on a football pitch, go for a swim in a pool (inside or outside), or maybe even tree-climbing.

However, I don't think that's needed, since I guess they can spend their time in your theme park (as I see a B&M in the top-right corner), and only need a bungalow to sleep.

Last but not least: the paths. I like it, but they only need a trim or something. So, pretty good, but change some things up, in my opinion. Then it's gonna be all neat!

Thanks! I'll change the colors. Guests have indeed the themepark and a swimming pool, the rest of the bungalow park should look like it's behind the edge of the map. I'm not goïng to add it as the bungalow park isn't the main focus of the park.

love the diagonal flower patch.  I would emphasize what others have said, and add a little more detail to the lake.  Maybe a trim to the stairs going down to the lake, and another foilage type close to the water.

Good stuff. I agree with changing the colours but the structures are cool and I like how you've arranged them.

One thing that bothers me is how the path follows the lake edge TOO neatly. It makes it look un-natural in my opinion. Try making some of the lake banks bigger or having some flat tiles on the waters edge. I would also add some reeds.

Woah, bunched poles as a closed umbrella? Great stuff there.

Change the house colors and make it a bit more wild though
