  I assume that it is related to theming per the description. Cool stuff, it has your style to it for sure. Feels a bit like refined scenario play as Japoy noted.

  I am glad it feels scenario-esque, as this Dam Park is my play-through of Butterfly Dam scenario, similar to Screamin' Cliffs and Snozzberry Plantation being scenario play-throughs.

   

  @Jappy -- the facades are some apartment buildings in the small town of Dammit. The ones pictured are at the edge of the residential district. $65/month if you're interested.
