this looks great - welcome!
when it comes to Starpointe and Baker Lake - did you copy/paste the few buildings? It's always great to get inspiration from existing parks. We all do! But if you're taking anything from them directly, thats typically frowned upon here.
Either way, nice work. looking forward to seeing more

You may have borrowed some buildings from other parks, but you're putting them together skillfully, so credit where credit's due. I will advise you to customize your buildings more. It will show that the buildings were made by different people, so the outcome is not very cohesive. Definitely take people's stuff apart to learn how they're made, and borrow ideas. Then make them your own!

Yeah even I don't feel right doing it but they're really just place holders for now so I can get a general feel on what direction I want to go. Until I have enough skills to build like those guys, I'm gonna use theirs for inspiration. I just uploaded a screenshot of my Park's coliseum/ ballroom and it's 100% my creation, took me forever to make because I didn't have a plan. I think I'm getting the hang of building in RCT now and soon you'll see other creators buildings get replaced with my own.
I think that's a really cool approach actually, using people's work as placeholders
