Description
a small teaser for the reddit april contest (robbie and louis i will kick your asses), got a suprisingly good layout after perfecting the pace of it for almost an hour. i'd love to get some critique's on the layout in general as i feel like there's some space left to improve on.

First part of the layout is cool but the rest is way too spread out.
Also it' almost only turns to the right. Make it turn to the left once or twice.

oh wow i didn't notice the right turns intil now, should i move the part over the river to the right?
ninja edit: here's an update

i would so ride this, i love the creativity of the first drop. and the airtime looks insane after that!

To be fair Faas, some coasters with only have right turns are quite good (ie Pale Rider in Fatha's scenario); but it's essentially an all-or-nothing case, where you either go all right turns or vary it quite a bit.
I'm personally a little meh about the layout although the first drop and hill are pretty great. I don't really know why that's the case, maybe it's a little short(?)... but it fits quite nicely in that area and after you do the station and add a little more theming I might like it more.

The mix of banked and unbanked turns kinda kills it for me. It's like you're going for a certain style, but you're not committing to it enough. It works for the drop, but the one right after the photo-section makes no sense. It also doesn't really do anything after the photo section except awkwardly meander back to the station.

I agree with manual. It seems like a big mix of everything, and I personally dislike the drop being unbanked at first.

I agree with everyone about the first drop. It should absolutely be banked.

For me, the mix of banked and unbanked turns keeps it exciting. If this were a real coaster, I wouldn't know what was coming: a smooth, sweeping curve, or a tight turn that chucks you to the side of the car. In any case, it looks to me that you've positioned the unbanked ones at the point where the train is going slower, so I can't see a problem. The whole coaster has a modestly grand sort of feel to it, and I like the paths sprawling underneath (plenty of spot for the peeps to watch it). So, yeah, I like this.
