  It's nice to see this again! Definitely looks much improved compared to the first versions you've shown in discord. Feels like it was years ago!

   

  I think the park could benefit from having a more consistent look for the concrete. The flat on the right could match the main building. Not a real complaint though!

  The foliage really adds to the brutalist feel in my opinion.  Really helps the scale of the building come into focus.  Loving this!
