Right now Hitchhiker's Guide is at the top of my list. I can't wait to see that. What I've heard sounds promising. Then A Scanner Darkly. More Philip K. Dick - one of my all-time favorite books too. But then they always screw up his source material so I'm nervous about that one. Could it be another Blade Runner? It is based on a much better book. Third is The New World cause it's Terrence Malick so it'll probably be the most gorgeous looking film of the year. But then there's Collin Farrell. Lots of stars in The Thin Red Line though and they all fit, so there's reason to be optimistic. Kingdom of Heaven is Ridley Scott so I've got to see it. No doubt it will look brilliant but how will the story be? Episode III cause no matter how much the other two prequels sucked, the Star Wars bug is in me for good. Hope springs eternal. That is until May 19th. We'll see. Oh and Be Cool because there are few movies I love more than Get Shorty. I can't tell from the trailer. It might be hilarious it might totally suck. Either way it's bound to be a disappointment but if Travolta brings back Chili Palmer as he was in the first, then it'll be worth it however the rest of the film is. Everything else is much lower on my radar. King Kong of course I expect to be good, but I haven't seen anything about it yet so I'll see when it gets closer. Same goes for everything else. -
