The previews look awesome. However I am slightly disappointed with Kong's appearance. This may sound dumb, but he looks too much like an oversized mountain gorilla. Granted he is a giant ape, but Kong has always had a very unique look to him that sets him apart from his much smaller brethren.

Now where's that new King Kong Vs. Godzilla? J/K.

Am I the only one who thinks the trailer is a bit of a joke? Just look at it, you have Jurassic Park IV screaming all over the place. I will be seeing this because it does seem to have potential in being a good movie, but it's far from amazing at the moment.

Can you people shut up about Jurassic Park? Jurassic Park is a part of a very long lineage, not some totally unique work, and a King Kong movie should have dinosaurs! Why? Because, well, um, uh, you know, it's just that they all do, and stuff...

You know, it's kind of funny. Right before I posted, I was watching the original. It makes you realize how far acting has advanced in 70 years.

I saw the original as well as the first remake. This one seems to be more faithful to the original. Didn't they change the dinosaurs to a giant snake in the last remake?

Peter Jackson is a huge King Kong fan and has always wanted to make this movie...I am sure he has done it justice.
