    That is absolutely crazy. I hate to say it, but with what happened to the ride, it could have been much worse. If the car was just inches lower (assuming the cable came from the top) or the cable was a tiny bit longer, it could have made a much more grusome scene (with her torso or head being severed) and easily killed her. Its a terrible tragedy but shes lucky to be alive.
