He's not the best president, and certainly not the best speaker, but no one said he was gonna be. The war in Iraq was kinda good though, Saddam was a crazy man with lots of power which is never good. At least we live in a country were we can vote and have a say aboutt what happens even if it oesn't go our way. At least we don't live in Israel were a car, or some kid with a bomb, could come through the door at any time.

Even though I'd kiss the electoral college for making Bush president and not Gore, I still hate it. Living in California, my vote would be cancelled out every time because this state almost always votes democrat. Besides, the biggest states electoral college vote-wise always tend to vote democrat (CA, NY) so it would give an advantage to your precious democrats.

And at least it doesn't matter if some 14 year olds hate Bush, he won't care...well....until he runs for re-election 4 years later...heheh.

electoral college is bullshit...
the reason for its existence ISN'T because the citizens were stupid, but because they were ignorant to the qualities of the candidates. We now live in a media intensive society, where information on candidates is easy to come by. This abolishes the NEED for an electoral college completely. The only reason it is still in effect is because it acts as a measure of control for the states.
AKA: It exists because fat ugly and old white jerkoffs don't want to give up their power as being a figure of their respective states. Getting rid of the Electoral College also means alot of useless freeloading assholes will be out of the job. Personally, I say boo-fucking-hoo, but that is just the way the cookie crumbles. Oh yeah, most republicans suck, mainly because they are a bunch of conservative dumbasses who like to legislate morality whenever possible.

Right, which is why George W. Bush has worked us into the largest debt in quite some time, and then decides to cut our taxes! That makes complete sense: our government is in drastic need of money, so, well, lets take it all away and screw people over more!

And of course, we'll always be able to find military funding. But, you know what, those poor people will have to be screwed over even more.
