I had planned a draft as an alternative to picking off budget, but only myself, dirt and Angroc sign-up, so I decided to scrap it and just go with creating a lineup with a budget which will need to be submitted this weekend.

Quick Fantasy H2H8 Tips for lineup building:

Captain... You'll want the captain of a team you expect to win and hopefully finish first or second. Liam and Alex seem like the best picks, but are not cheap.

Players... The expensive guys are the best bets, but middle-range guys can get it done and that's where you'll find lots of reasonable prices. Sulakke, FK, Ruyatax, Julow and Jappy are all there under 6k and could play supporting roles on strong teams to rack up points. However, I think the best value is with the 3k floaters. Cheap as they get and nearly unlimited in the amount they can build. I think it would be crazy not work work 1 or 2 into your lineup (3 is also possible and should allow you to stack with expensive players). CHE is Liam's floater and almost a lock to be on nearly all 10 of my lineups. Any of them should be good, just try to go with team trends. You should have the same captain, top pick and floater on your team. Just keep in mind that at most, you can have 6 of 8 players off one H2H8 team.

I know, I didn't pick my own captain... That's a hedge, I want Alex to get wins of course, heck got 3 of his guys on there, just at least this way Liam winning (as he's done a lot the last two seasons) will get me points in this. Probably should have Steve on there, but went with a bit of a mix between Liam/Alex and you can expect more of that on my other lineups.
