Good topic, i needed just this!

Ok whats this..after it loads...It gives me a Error Trapper..and I followed all the instructions.

I just got my LL disk back from my cousins

The bad side is, i can open anything I installed the drexlar patch but it says invalid data when i try to open it. Am i missing something?

The XP patch wouldnt work, it said cant find/ game files corrupt or summing.

Please help ive been looking and waiting for this disk for months

Did you install the XP patch before you installed the Drexler patch? Make sure you did that.

Well i did try, but it said the game was corrupt/ wrong language version.

I actually found i can open it if i extract the scenario to saved games. Then open from in the game and it works. I didnt install the XP patch, but its working so i guess i dont need it Thanks anyway gir.

Ok, I did it all over, but then after about 30 seconds when I load a game. The screen gets messed up and then turns black. Then I have to restart. Any help?

Same here. I followed the instructions to the T (even did that reboot on lin #, and well, it works for the 30 seconds, freezes up (game viewable, with sounds) then unfreezes (yet is slow), and then freezes for good. I don't see a black screen, but it royally screws up the PC so that I essentially need to CTL-ALT-DEL to close the program, and then since XP is all freaked out, reboot. It has happened for both parks I've tried loading, WOMB and Glasshouse....the first of which everyone has enjoyed, the latter of which I built and know isn't corrupted.

Advice please?

Do you zip them to your saved games, then open them up from in the game? Or does it freeze when you go into the actual game?

Sorry, Kai. I used these steps to install the game a few weeks ago and it worked fine for me. I recommend starting over by completely uninstalling and erasing the directory.

Thanks anyway everyone...I reverted back to ME (gasp), so it's working again without issues.

Perhaps someday I'll go back to XP (on a PC built for it), but until then, I'm happy that LL works...

Now for WOMB, finally!!!!!!

my question is can you install thw drexlar patch without having LL??

If you don't have LL then why do you care?

there was a drexler for rct original, i believe.
but yeah, it wouldn't be of any use.
there are no non-rctll parks on this site.
