(Archive) Advertising District / Entertainment City: Las Vegas

You know how much I worship you and with every screen you show, I love ya' even more. This is an immense improvement from TZAP and FO IMO but they were both still great parks. The colours are great but having seen your parks, TZAP had a strange contrast between the coloured areas. You just have to work on the contrast between the areas. Apart from that,everything, and I mean everything else is incredible.

OCF - Ever seen or been to the Circus Circus Hotel??....its pink, REALLY pink....

jon - you are right about the contrasts between my areas....its one of the biggest problems I had with TZAP, but I think I can get away with it more in this park being its a Vegas theme.....but certainly something for me to work on in my future projects....

Yeah, Circus Circus, is not just pink....it's about 600 DIFERENT hades of pink. Pepto Bismol puke central. Their theme park is OK though. Screens are interesting. I'm not crazy about the homogenous nature of the green entrance area. It seems to not fit with the multi colored park entrance. But the park certainly does look interesting.

I love this so much. The colors are so rich and exciting. I think I already said that but they just fit in with everything and make it feel alive. I feel like I am looking at Las Vegas. Keep up the great work.

Yes, the outside is kinda bland. I was speaking specifically of the casinos. YIKES!

Wow. That last 2 screens are better than all of the other put together. I can see the thought put into the architecture, mixed with some nice foliage and trees. The colours work so much more. Not just loads of palette colours mixed into a big colourful mesh. But some palette colours, mixed with a few slightly more monotone colours and it works a dream. This is so much better than the first few screenshots you showed.

Not gonna complaing about the colors, they're great! Not only i wub the colors, but the quarter tile usage is some of the best i've evers seen. The first screens sure would appeal more to me, it's just the colors which i cant see through....

One question,
Will the Taco Castle be an actual castle or somthing like that or is it just a name?

I remember the Circus Circus having a huge red shiny big top circus tent thing....are you putting one of those in too?

rctfan - no, it will be kinda like a classy Taco Bell, just one of MANY places to eat in this park. If you've ever been to Vegas, you'll know food is everywhere.

hxzero - no red tent things on mine....I'm not really going for an accurate hotel re-creation here, but mainly my own version of Circus Circus, which will much more elegant looking with more PINK and still a Vegas feel....some crazy stuff I come with....

^slob, ThrillZone is complete and ready for download, I'm just holding off on its release for like another week here....some people have seen it, but it has not been officially released....Frontier Oasis is 60% done and jon (from RCTx) is working on it.....my only project on hold is Mystic Sands, which was more of a practice hotel for me.....
