Ok, the brackets are finished. We have four brackets...three RCT2 ones and a LL bracket. Now I will not be announcing the challenges yet, so nobody can build yet, but I'm just revealing the match-ups so you can start scouting, and looking ahead to possible future match-ups. I will also be having a "NE Tournament Pick Em Thread" either later today or tomorrow, where we give people not participating the chance to predict their own bracket, just like March Madness. We'll get more into that when the time comes though.
