But still, that building is....A-FUCKING-MAZING
Myttica owns.
You beat me to the hotels with glass.
The coaster is a good idea but I don't like how the watercoaster train can not invert or tilt on the teisitng descents. It looks bad in that way but still a cool idea.
shit! i was gona do a glass elevater on my pro tour hotel, fuck who ever did that
Spirits Bay
the object stacking is outstanding for RCT1 and it has a very nice feal and a very well done coaster and in most rounds would win EZ but with Myttica Resort its gona be a tight race.
Til now atleast...

Spirits Bay
This one gets some major credit for originality. The Native American theme has never really been explored that much in RCT 1, yet this pulls it off spectacularly. The totem polls are incredible, and the longhouse structures are amazing. The wooden coaster gives one fantastic ride, reminiscent of Legend or Raven in terms of atmosphere, and the hacks are really neat. The orca statue is ingenious, so props to whoever made this! The quad tower spires are just cool. I love looking at them... when they're not broken down.
Myttica Resort
So the ReadMe says not to zoom out and see the ugly tower and get turned off. So I zoomed out and saw it and went, "wow, that's ugly." Then I zoomed in. Wow. Detail kept me entertained for a WHILE. The hotel itself has so many little things that it's really incredible, and the skill needed to build so high is really impressive. The little buildings around the resort are really neat too. I love Rum Runners and the little bridge by the falls that went over the body of water that connected the two parts of the big pool. The launched water coaster was just awesome. The glitchiness is bad, I guess, but it probably wouldn't have made much sense to put a B&M train on it, I guess. Atmosphere was amazing here, probably a little more than Spirits Bay. The fact that this is an Icons submission solidified my vote.
Go ICONS!!!

Myttica wins hands down. Amazing architecture, amazing atmosphere, amazing everything. Plus, it wasn't on that puny workbench...
Spirits Bay
Oooh, 4-way spire duelers! Cool! Hehe, and the Killer Whale is beautiful. The woodie has a very cool layout (reminded me of Timber Wolf, but with a diagonal drop and original trains...so maybe it shouldn't remind me lol) and the stacking in the park was brilliant - especially around the queue line and that restaurant. One of the best LL parks in this H2H2.
Myttica Resort
Oooh, aside from CC's Arcology, I think that must be one of the biggest buildings i've seen made in rct/rct2! How long it must have taken to set up those overhanging bits at the top is beyond me...and the glass elevators look funky! I like the coaster too (even if the 70mph lift hills make for some interesting late-ride spurts). The ladders/steps are well done and all the shrubbery hacking is brilliant. Plus, I can't get over those semi-circular accents on the sides of the aquarium. Great stuff.
I vote for Myttica Resort:
1. My team
2. Well, other than that I can't separate the two
Great round. Looking forward to more!

That is the most incredible piece of architecture I've ever seen. No exaggerations.
The woodie in RCT is actually really good, and the atmosphere is good, the creativity is DEFINETELY there (totem poles=
Good job to both, though.
My hotel is gonna' kick this one's ass.
But seriously, the hotel was very nicely done! I especially liked the color scheme, that is my favorite color of brown/yellow.
You also took advantage of one of the best water/dark/coaster ride ever... the Atlantis Adventure at Lotte World (I believe...) is the epitome of coolness... nice job on that idea!
Here are my thoughts.
Myttica - I think this park may be slightly overrated due to the shear scale of the hotel. It really grabs your attention and if you voted from the screens it would definitely get the vote. The park is wonderful, but not the best RCT2 I've seen. The hotel is awesome and I'm sure it took a ton of time to complete. The rest of the park actually lacks in original atmosphere imo (it's a little too reminiscent of Villes de Lumieres). The water ride is great. Overall a fantastic park, but other than the size of the hotel, it wasn't as eyepopping for me as for some of the rest of you.
Spirits Bay - Posix helped with this, but it was mostly my creation. I really wanted to do something that had never been done before and appreciate those who really looked at the park (Mantis and Corky I'm talking to you). The woodie may be the best coaster I've ever made and I feel I captured the atmosphere I wanted almost perfectly. Personally I think this is my best LL work to date. The park did get a little rushed at the end and there are some things I'm not really happy with (see log flume) but overall I thought the atmsophere was effective. As for the lack of WOW factor and the fact it was not RCT2, I realized both of those would severely affect our chances of winning, but it was a park I still really wanted to do. There really was no way I could add anything with wow factor without ruining the atmosphere. I would very much appreciate if people would take time to really explore this park, I don't think you'd be disappointed.
Overall, I think this was a really close matchup in terms of quality tho it didn't turn out that way on the scoresheet. I guess bigger is better
Congrats Icons and Corky (we all know it was you).
I look forward to the next round of voting and am glad I'm done my first tour of H2H duty. See you next season!
