louis louis louis louis... why did you rush this?!
it could have been absolutely excellent. the layout was flawless, one of my favourites from you, yet you blagged some surroundings and sent it in. i've got to admit it, i'm kinda dissapointed in you.

More effort Louis! Don't just think oh well, that'll do I can't be bothered anymore, finish to the full effort or you'll keep getting these failures, although why RMM voted only 20% is beyond me (not that his vote counted anyways)

I agree that your work needs more substance and a bit more scale Louis. Although I have to say that I quite enjoyed this. I agree with SSSammy that the layout was quite enjoyable and also the dodgems used as overhangs was a very good idea that in this codex way has never been done before, I don't think. It's only been done with the whole dodgems ride half-burried within a building, I believe.

I am really curious for your next submission, Louis. Again, give it some more scale and finishedness and I'm sure it will be great.

    Louis
I agree with SSSammy here. Although i thought the layout lifted it just enough for design I knew it would be a close run thing. The Mine Train supports look excellent though

I don't mean to sound smug but its been done a few times.

Yeah, I think the map looks kind of empty as is, also. I agree with this being an excellent layout, but I think the rest was way too underdone.

The El Loco in LL was always very ambitious, but what's impressive to me about this is the support efforts for both coasters and the push to use the glass fence to unlock new color/texture options for modern/realism buildings.
