John, sorry to be filling your thread with my expressions of a lack of proper computer knowledge...

Anyways, when I try to put it in the data folder, it says I don't have permission...

I loved the park. The minisea idea was excellently thought up, and the park was put together beautifully. It really showed thought and planning on how the park would end up, and I think it worked a treat. Journey to the centre of the earth was the best ride. The landscaping and foliage here was top notch. Although nothing totally stood out, and some may say the architecture is corkscrewed style (I agree it is influenced, but in fact, quite different) the entry was overall extremely pleasing, and John, you are worthy of this parkmaker spot.

Kumba, unlucky on not getting the parkmaker spot. You were pipped to the post, but don't let that get you down. At least you know you are so very nearly there in parkmaking ability, which at the end of the day has bought you much higher than you were before the PT.

Well done on the parkmaker spot.
Although i dont think this park does you any justice as i wasn't really a big fan of it. Some parts were nice, and some weren't. Some of the architecture let you down as it just looked like a lower quality version of corks.
Some of your other work looks better.

I never really cared for water coasters, or for the blatant overuse of windows that look like doors -- even though dozens of alternatives are now available -- in an attempt to make a park look more "traditional", or whatever.

That said, there's really not much for me to latch onto in this park.

I didn't really like this park. The atmosphere is the only thing that makes it good, the rest I found to be a bit boring or questionable.
The architecture looks as if it really wanted to be Corkscrewed, but failed and just ended up a bit ride6-like, for the most part. Especially the strange roof shapes, and the dirt path overhangs, took away from the atmosphere and looks of the park. It was also pretty empty, not much too look at really. Congratulations on getting a parkmaker spot though, you deserve it.

Wow! I was really impressed by this effort. I'd never seen anything made by John, and this blew me away! The architecture, themeing, rides and hacks were just awesome. I loved how "Journey to the Centre" went from track to no track while in the water. The trackless submarines were very posh aswell. Only two things hurt this park. One, your use of signs in a few places wasn't so great, and two, the open green spaces weren't working. The mermaid area wasn't up to par with the other areas, but it was better than most of the areas already seen in this competition. Great job! Can't wait to see more work from you.
