Description
An old, seedy warehouse district and port entrance are converted to a tourism hub after financial decline forces most out most of the businesses in the various warehouses. Offering fantastic views of the shipping canal, lift bridge, and Lake Superior, the old buildings are renovated by new owners into shops and restaurants, while others are bulldozed and replaced with hotels and other recreational locales. The local tourism authority has recently engaged in an aggressive fundraising drive to build a striking rollercoaster to hopefully draw in even more visitors.
