Does anyone know something to fix those glitchy monorails?

Use path blocks, for a start.

^ well, it's  NCSO. I would like to try a method without custom scenery if possible.

Put something on top of them. That usually helps. maybe steeplechase track?

Tried it, doesn't eliminate the glitches

I don't think there's too much you can do. The glitches aren't too distracting, in my opinion, so i would just leave it.

Don't use monorail fences; I've experimented with them and the only way they can work is if you use curved blocks underneath them and then raise the land like you would diagonal path blocks. With that it'll give you 3 out of 4 angles looking diagonal and one looking odd and round, but with that you could then implement your monorail fences. Still that solution isn't the best looking. Randy did it in kidron and used broken wheels to make a barrier and I didn't like it then either.

I will say that this seems to have a lot more thought and attention to detail than your previous ncso stuff, but compositionally it doesn't flow and there are major textural cohesion issues.

The monorail doesn't even look that good to be fair, even without the glitches. If you really want to do curves in NCSO maybe try the steeplechase track as a low fence(?), or go macro.

The architecture looks solid I think and I quite like the fountain, although I hate the ornamental arches.

There is no need for the monorail track at all. Just use cool fences and other stuff to smoothen the edges.

I agree with Faas on the monorail track. I also suggest you to redo the entrance. The actual steel structure looks not that good. Otherwise it looks like a solid start and it's good to see new stuff from you.
