This is ridiculously good. I'm not sure the concrete path is the best choice but the rest is flawless.

Agreed about the concrete path. Not sure of a proper substitute...dirt would be okay, maybe. Or brick? Definitely mess with it.
The larger building: I would suggest not having those roofs at the tip of the building going that opposing direction. Have the roof complete it's slope like the ones below it.
Everything else is wonderful.

And I agree about the paths... Don't know what to use other wise.
Maybe a grey\brown gravel path.
The only question i have is, Why does everyone make great vegetation but is the the under water vegetation forgotten? If you are trying to make so nature realistic stuff why is there no under water vegetation?
Place some rocks, add some scrubs, use the tin grass under water it will make it less ''clean''.
Feels so real.
My favourite bits in this screen are the chimneys. My least favourite bit is the water wheel, which is poorly executed... Why is it oval? Make it larger by adding a straight section in the middle.
This is my favorite project at the mo, even with no rides! although maybe you can fit a ferris wheel by the water?
About freaking time you're building again. I thought maybe you left the site. You have to finish this project, it's so great!

Just wondering, is this a non-park or do you plan to include some rides (not that it really does matter, it looks amazing anyways)?
I was taking a 2nd look. Some of Fluxtrance's recent stuff has a similar realistic foliage feel to it.
