Description
As tomorrow marks the 6 year anniversary of Westwinds released, here's a shot of one of the better aged sections of the park I think.
So much has changed here on NE and how these parks are made, insane to think how meticulous the old way of building was pre-OpenRCT2. I remember needing Geewhzz to fix multiple black hole glitches in the park with a hex editor. My what a struggle it was in comparison to today, even hacking some of the simple rides was a tedious endeavor. The end product of Westwinds far exceeded even my wildest expectations from when I started. Owe everything to this community for the feedback and motivation provided during its construction and multiple facelifts.
The last couple of years here have really seen a insane amount of change and growth in styles and techniques, almost feel that a park like this feels closer to 2009 than it does to 2021. Hopefully the next six years see even greater progress in the realm of RCT and possibly even greater parks.
