CP6 notes - When looking at the pre-renovation HNWA map, one thing that stuck out to me was that the center mountain felt underutilized and not holding its rightful place as the main focal point of the park. I took a page from Canada’s Wonderland and how the new AlpenFury utilized their Wonder Mountain to create an iconic entry statement. First off, yes the track is not correct— but it can easily be changed once the LIM track gets all the pieces. I didn’t want to avoid using available pieces to create some of the more representative elements of this Premier Rides coaster. The layout is definitely shoehorned into the space but still dominated the skyline and creates what I would imagine is a very cool visual as guests enter the park. The layout is snappy with an over-emphasis on roll inversions as is the current trend. I’m happy we could squeeze in a smaller version of the original powered coaster to the mountain also. I’m really pleased with the overall positioning of the ride and the added theming and great support work definitely makes the ride stand out.
