Related Games / IGN RCT 3 update

Copy of my post from RCT2.com regarding the Gamespot update:

There's some info I haven't heard before and quite a few new things in the pics so far. So far, my favorite are these two:

Waveswinger, Inverting Swinging Ship like from RCT1/2, a Ferris Wheel that looks nice, and coaster trains that resemble those from the DL Paris Space Mt.

Also, so far I've seen some nice coaster shots, the Steel Mini, and a cool looking Space themed Observation Tower (I've briefly seen it before, but wasn't sure what kind of tower it was, just that it was some kind of tower.). There's also a better view of the Rotor, a Scrambler/Twist, a better Euro Bungee pic, and some other stuff.

Unfortunately you have to be a member of Gamespot to see those images.

No, I don't think so. Even if I am a member of that site (which I don't think I am), I'm not logged in. And if I am a member, it must be free at least. I think I messed up the links to the two images I recommended, but the rest of them should work.

Well hey, amusement park entertainment that isn't Disney or Universal usually ranges somewhere between "awful" and "terrible". So it's actually not all that far off.

I haven't noticed a Rapids ride in Rct 3 yet, is there one?

Well it hasn't been spotted yet but I think it's safe to say we're getting all the "classic" rides, including the rapids!

Wow! That is awesome! You can make them play any music you want. So you can have your favourite bands playing live at your theme parks. Wow...Funeral For a Friend playing in my theme park....

That is.. awesome. I wonder if you can do the same for coasters.. so you could have the music coordinated with the coaster hills and loops. Sort of like rock n' rollercoaster. This will be amazing.

Wow. This is gonna be SWEET! I can't wait for the release of the game. Over 90 rides total, Fireworks MixMaster, Custom music on rides, and everything else. Man this is gonna be soooo cool...
