Magnus pulled off a "huge upset" in dethroning JKay (remember how hot he was back then) and capturing the Gold Medal in the Hotel entry. The scale of the baby is staggering, and it's a glimpse into the genius I suspect lies within this little German's head (well, I dunno if he's little or not, but whatever... it's an expression... sorta...).

    holy shit

It's nice, but dull. I didn't like the walkway.

    yeah, its impressive for sure.
thing is, it's so goddamn boring. it's the same thing repeated over and over again as far as textures go. you couldn't go and make some suites on the upper levels with balconies? i don't know, it just seemed like you didn't want to step out on a limb and have fun. because as it is, it's just an obtrusive white block in the middle of some grass. if i were to choose something i truely liked about it though, it'd be the hotel entrance. now that, i liked.

edit - lol, fuck you cg?. that's basically what i was getting at.

I'm agreeing with CG on everything tonight. Definately a little repetetive, but hey, its a hotel. All the rooms should be the same except the top and ground floors...

It was somewhat dull, and the walkway was just weird. I liked how the old, Historic Athens feel came into the modern hotel look. Sadly, JKay's hotel was better in my mind, but congrats nonetheless.

The hotel was meant to be realistic and I was pretty sure they (the jurors) would like this style better than JKay's Hotel, which was the main reason to build it like this.
I also think it's a bit repetetive, but as gigaforce already said it's a hotel.

Also look at the objects I made for this. I think they are pretty good and useful. (Some of them are also included in my PT2 hotel.)

    Holy shit....this looks awesome :0 :0 :0

The overly-large architecture and striking colors didn't work for me. I believe that if this hotel was in a complete park it would have looked out of place.

I agree with Steve. I think more developed context would've gone a long way here. Imagine having a full scale park, and this being the hotel to the side of the map. We need stuff on this scale back on the site
