  I agree that orange and red are strange colours for the roofs. It's obvious that you're not going for a specific old city look, so why use Heidelberg as an example? If you're going for generic archy you might as well pick the colours that look best. That's my main complaint here: it's so generic and therefore meh, no matter how technically perfect it is built. I also don't really understand the point of your ncso approach anymore. Please import some proper roofs instead of this crap.

  Maybe he wants to build NCSO? Which there shouldn't be a problem with that. I do agree with the colors but I don't think its uninteresting or meh at all. Its a great use with the limited scenery selection. which I'm no expert, but I think is goal of NCSO. To get the most realistic feel out there with a limited pallet. Keep up the good work.

  I think you improved your work a lot. Some color choices are questionable and i think the huge amount of crazy path don't fit not that good but your architecture is really good. Also try to improve your foilage, your planters work not that well. And remove the CSO, i think you can realise it without. I am really excited on the progress of this park.
