  It's worth a try ... I only need it so guests will ride it, I don't particularly care if the ratings are low. Another option is to leave it visible but run it slightly below the main lift where it will be hidden by supports (only the actual block, i.e the top lift piece, must be the same track as the station - the rest can be merged). I'll experiment and see what I can make work.
