What a waste of Time and energy.
Why would Cedar Fair build Bizarro?
You should name it BoAtZaRrO!
So with all the talent you have, you decide to do the same ol' boring, predictable work you've always done. Nice one.
lol, yeah it would be nice to see something different.
Like I said, I'm building what I like not what others would like me to build. I feel that if you're building to please others your wasting your time.
Again, maybe in the future I'll do something different. But this is just a quick project before the semester ramps up.
If people would rather me just not show my work at all I'll gladly stop posting it.
Thiis is like going up to Neymar and telling him "hey you're talented you should take up ice hockey"
I think your taking it the wrong way, its just that we see this type of work all the time from you and we know that your talented enough to try different things, i think thats what people are trying to say and i agree. You once told me the same thing, look at realism and other sort of things to get better ideas on how to build better.
Also why post anything if you don't want to get feedback on your work? I think we all want to please people in sort of way on this website..
Not all my posts are to try and get feedback. Some are, this screen is partially. But for the most part I post stuff for myself, its fun to look back on and I like seeing my work amongst others of the community.
But as far as feedback, "Build something else" isn't really doing anything for anyone. I'm not going to build something else simply because people want me to.
If people have actual suggestions or feedback on the work in the screenshot I welcome that, but comments on the meta gets old fast.
I feel ya, I just think people know you are very good at what you do and expect more I assume? Just like any other artist. Its a good thing my friend! =)
G Force, just build what you want to build. I don't know how it would really enrich the lives of the other players if you started to build something else. I prefer you building a lot of parks and having fun doing so over you trying to force yourself to go into different directions.

I hope this is just a design. I would like to see you tackle something heavily themed for your next map. Doesn't have to be Disney or IOA quality but maybe at least Busch Gardens caliber?

G, when I meant do something different, I didn't mean anything heavily themed or something that you wouldn't enjoy, that would be hypocritical of me.
I just meant try a different style of realistic park, a family run park, a small cramped park, a park that isn't run by a big chain, or a inner city park. Something just a bit different in style, but remaining true to your style.
Saying that, I am looking forward to seeing a design from you, I think they are great opportunities to really bog down into the details.
I think it's more important to build what you want though than community pleasing.
I do believe it could use more character, but as a technical screen it's near perfection.
This is just a quick design by G and the way he builds will take up no time at all. It will be another nice mark on his portfolio and he'll move onto to something else quickly. In the meantime let's enjoy this nice RCT work.
