This is true oldschool, and not some poor rip-off. Under normal circumstances I'd say that not every wall needs a window, but in this case I just want to see what you can come up with independently, for authenticy's sake.
I personally am not a fan of this at all. There's far too many windows, the path hurts my eyes and there is no detail whatsoever. The buildings look lifeless and I don't really understand what the theme is supposed to be.
I know it's supposed to look old and outdated but it should have a score that reflects that. I wonder what score this would have if it didn't have Adix' name attached to it - I see bronze quality stuff here, maybe silver at a push but certainly not 100% as someone voted.
Too repetitive. There's nothing going on on the path, roofs, windows, etc. It's just very plain and all.
(Yes, i have absolutely no idea who Adix is, as apparently that matters or something)
Re: how "genuinely oldschool" this is... well, you're right. I made it 10-12 years ago. Some of the oldtimers might even remember this project. It was never forgotten, only... back burnered. For 10 years. Certain events in the theme park industry have finally given me the inspiration needed to finish.
As for the repetition, well... that's actually a part of the backstory for the area (of a very superstitious people) and is also part of the fact there's no good way to build an alcove or make a mural in LL.

Of course Adix's account is the oldest... he started the forum! Iris started the site, Adix started the forum. I also recall one fun time when he kicked a hacker's ass amazingly fast.
Great to see you active again. This is not some crazy Loopy/pierrot LL that people will flip for, but I recall the days when this was the norm. Looking forward to whatever else you come up with.
Oh and... are you using Codex? I see some Codex looking things, but Adix using Codex... really?
