Looks good. Are the operational?(meaning, can guests use them?)

Here's a teaser of the Hoover Boat Tours entrance.....I could not hack in a boat hire station, so I had to make an entrance myself....how do you think it turned out?...

    Posted Image

I quoted so its on the new page.
    --------------------------------------------------------------

It looks great, better than a normal station IMO. I dont like the wooden 1/4 blocks on the oposite side of the entrance/exit. I cant see what its supposed to be? maybe put the steps by toon on that side, onto a platform? Otherwise looks good.
  • PBJ%s's Photo
^ sorry rich! but i like it! the wooden blocks gives me a better feeling than you use the steps of ToonTower. only the wooden fences are weird to me. why did you put theme there? do you want to turn it in "parkinglots" for the boats?
  • Turtle%s's Photo
It's nice, but a little more thought would illustrate that those boats not in the station can't possibly be gotten to, they're just floating around with no passengers....

Not sure i like that tree selection either... it just looks wierd.

    About the park again.

I love the lights that you are using!!! the whole this is so weird but also so great that i keep saing keep up the good work!

PS. the fountain on the square is missing a Fence ;)
  • Richie%s's Photo
I like it, as much as the other screens. I think your starting to over advertise though, your giving the whole park away (looks like). Ive seen that abstract roof in about 3 - 4 different screens now.

    As always, i love it.

Richie - I really have tried my best to not show too much....and trust me, I haven't really shown more than 20% of the park so far....I'll be trying to force myself to show less and less as I get closer to its release.....

PBJ - Fraktory is purposely mis-spelled, mainly cause its a kids ride....thanks anyway....and yes, there is a fence piece missing there, just one of the million details I need to fix before park release....

I like it. It seems a little mishmashy. Lots of parts put together. I think the main cause of this hectic look is the paths. Only use either the grey cobblestones or the normal cobblestones. Not both as well as tarmac methinks. Apart from that very nice.

looks good, I just don't like how that blue building is not a building, it's just a quater tile wall from what can see.

Well the architecture is good but it seems cramped and all over the place.
Also, I am not really liking the pieces of Grey and Normal Cobblestone paths here and there, mixed in with the normal tarmac path. Other than that it is nice.

    Great stuff JKay!

I really like the look of the blue glass thingy. Adds a nice touch and the color combo is sweet. The only thing I'm a bit ify on is the Jungle Gifts. The look is ok, I'm just not sure how it fits in to the area based on the SS alone. This is going to be another must DL when it's done!

Ey, just because somebody said that the grey tarmac not did fit with the cobblestones, I mus say I do like it, even if it could be better placed. I think it adds some feel in the grey, boring, dull, asleep(?), down-drugged tarmac... (this was just a sentence to be extra funny just so you know grey-tarmac-loverz) other than that, the pics are really good! I think they are nice. Erm what I'm trying to say is I like it really much. keep up.

:it: wheew! when i tried the clown smilie i saw that the characters for it was those colons and then "it"! just like the movie! oh thats so cool because I'm making a stephen king park right now!! is'nt that a cool coincidence don't you think!!

With your Japan area, will it be present or past, cuz present means no wooden by any means, IMO.

Good point Rhynos, I modified the theme a bit....it will be more of a "past" type Japanese theme with dueling wooden coasters, Yin & Yang....stay tuned for more....

I have a small update, here are a couple teaser pics of the Moon Rocks area featuring Lunar Excursion, a 50 mph-launched LIM coaster:

The park is now at 70% completion, I'm hoping for its release by the first week of June, but we'll see.... :D
  • Jacko Shanty%s's Photo
70% done?! Jeez, you're fast. Those screens are some of the best you've shown thus far, in my opinion. Hardly anyone tackles that theme.. but it looks like you pulled it off nicely. The thing I like about those screens is that they look very organized.. and the theme is very distinct. You didn't really go crazy with it this time like your other screens.. but that's what I like about it. Keep it up.
  • Tech Artist%s's Photo
The new screen looks like it will be good but there isn't much to comment on.
70%? Yay! I am looking forward to this park! :D
  • Richie%s's Photo
In the first screen, is it launch 50mph out of that tunnel down the drop? It looks like it would be painful, people would come off with lowered shoulders 8-) (like that smile, wasnt needed though)

I dont like it as much as the other stuff, but its not bad. Just not great. Not much else to comment on though.
  • Richie%s's Photo
Im bumping this for JKay, i want my question answered ;)
