No, it is just that GigaG and RCTMASTA are being attention whores, Fantastico floods the forums with spam, and Wolfman treats most of us like crap and expects to be complimented for it. I am not saying that I am the best person in the forums, but some people just don't stop.Hahaha, oh man I missed a lot!
Shame we still can't all get along on the internet. -

Right, so we're not getting along.
But I mean, it seems that no matter where you go, be it a Roller Coaster Tycoon fansite or football practice there are people that don't necessarily do anything WRONG, they're just not liked 'cause what they do is.. weird, frowned-upon, etc.. -

Once again, is spamming, being pretentious or a prick, or ruining the experience for someone not wrong? -

^ you just dont stop
I'm sure I am not as bad as GigaG when it comes to being pretentious. I'm sure I am a lot better now that I was last year. -

Nice to see you back luketh, was wondering where you went.
And jag, just let it go, its a forum for a rollercoaster game. And im sure not many of us care what youre like outside of this, so be yourself but dont be a jagoff. Internet rivalries dont amount to anything in the real world. -

Sure thing.
But seriously, I'll stop before I get into an argument. -

Guys the banning was to cut down the bullshit not carry it on. I find it funny how everyone arguing in this topic is below 150 on the Hall of fame. Just calling it how I see it, the people that respect this place actually do well with the game. -

To me there's no skill with rct it's just the amount of patients and motovation one has to build -

Skill: It does take some skill, or at least has a learning curve, else one could produce spotlight quality without knowing what they were doing. To me there's no skill with rct it's just the amount of patience and motivation one has to build
Patience: Very important. Probably the 2nd most important aspect of any great builder (in game or otherwise) as the saying goes "Rome wasn't built in a day."
Motivation: This is the leading factor in any quality work done here at NE. Without motivation, one would quickly lose patience; or worse, they would give up before acquiring enough skill to achieve the desired results.

Personally, I'm lacking motivation. I have a wonderfully complete idea for a park, imagined in every detail from buildings to themes to rides to music (i.e. ALL music *.dat files edited), but I do not have the motivation to sit down and start working on it yet. So like most of my projects it is sitting in my "ideas" folder waiting for me to get around to it. The same can be said for my NoLimits projects that I started years ago. I just haven't found the inspiration to sit in front of my computer for long enough to get anything accomplished. -

Interesting, because with me I sit in front of my computer for hours and don't get anything accomplished.
160 RCT years put into my new park, and I just realized how little I've done for that amount of time.
